Yakuza by Olivier

Yakuza by Olivier, the new culinary space located in the Tivoli Jardim, close to Avenida da Liberdade, presents for the first time in Portugal, menus shaped like the customer groups.

The union of the two sushi chefs Agnaldo Ferreira and Olivier led the introduction in our country the concept of innovative sushi and sashimi, shaped the tastes of its discerning guest with a taste of exclusivity. By appointment, it is possible to shape specific menus for groups accustomed to the spices and Mediterranean styles, Indian or other regions of the world.
The vast menu contains plenty of Yakuza range of dishes with gunkan unique and created at the time. We also find two tasting menus (one exclusively for lunch at 18.85 euros) or choose the starters, the sushi rolls special, main dishes or the various specialties Yakuza. Among the many varieties, very special highlight for the Black Cod in Saiko Yaki, a fresh cod marinated in a trio of sauces on a bamboo leaf. The client can still taste the Toro tataki, tuna belly torus semi-braised sauce with onion confit, katsuobushi and fleur de sel. The least favorite Japanese client also may choose to enjoy the extensive menu of Olivier Avenue for other dishes such as Kobe steak or even a mini burgers.

The Agnaldo Ferreira's sushi fusion

The fusion of flavors from Japan to the Mediterranean make this new space unique in the Lisbon, where you can have lunch or dinner in a trendy and urban environment, and whose design was the hand of the Chief Olivier, being in charge of the decoration Sofia Costa.
The sushi Agnaldo Ferreira, is the guarantees of a sushi and sashimi of high quality. With a broad curriculum of 14 years of experience and innovation, Agnaldo Ferreira became the author of a different style of sushi, called fusion sushi, a creation from the mixture of Eastern and Mediterranean ingredients.
The letter in Yakusa becomes the basis for a custom order where care begins in the work of caring and attentive sushi chef. In groups where there are customers who are not lovers of Japanese food is always possible to use traditional dishes of Olivier Avenue.
In the new area of Yakuza, the highlight is a giant aquarium, ornamented with coral imported from the South Seas, where exotic fish from the Indian Ocean and South Pacific roam, lending a unique color to any space. Star-fish, a zebra moray, clownfish, fish, balloon and several other species complement and enliven the whole atmosphere.
The sophisticated decor, remembering things from the South Seas, predominantly silver, white and black, makes the urban and trendy. Lamps with mother of pearl, two large mirrors with frames decorated with motifs of the Sea as well as remembering the good tables and star-fish complement a tasteful decoration, facing the ocean, fish, corals and pearls, and whose chef d 'oeuvre is without any doubt and the giant aquarium in the middle of the room.

Espero certamente voltar.
Experiencia unica a exprimentar ;)
A repetir.
